Our Community Mentors will aid the personal development of their mentees and embed soft skills to provide the right foundation for them perform well in their chosen academic or employment fields.

Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes to ensure a high standard of support can be given. Regular written feedback will be provided to the family of the mentee via email.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Phoenix has established Zoom mentoring sessions on Saturdays and Wednesday evenings.

Phase 1 began on November 7th 2020. Our Mentors are committed to their mentees and have already noticed the following:

• Increased motivation and confidence

• Increased ability to make independent decisions for the future
