The Phoenix Community Mentoring Project empowers young people to become positive, active citizens within their local and wider communities. Through mentoring, we help students build confidence, develop soft skills, and lay the foundations for success in education, work, and life.

How Mentoring Works
Session Structure

Minimum 30-minute sessions to provide high-quality, focused support

Regular written feedback shared with families via email

One-to-one support tailored to each young person’s needs
