How do I enrol my child?
You can begin by completing our enquiry form on the website. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your child’s needs and next steps.
Is there an assessment before joining?
As part of our admissions process, we take time to understand your child’s current level, strengths, and areas for development. This may include informal discussions before confirming a place.
How do families support Phoenix’s work?
Families are invited to make a voluntary donation of £100 each half term to help support the work we do at Phoenix.
These donations play an important role in allowing us to offer educational support, mentoring, enriching extracurricular activities, and essential learning resources. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), every donation is reinvested directly into our programmes, helping us create a positive, supportive environment where children and young people can thrive.
Do you support children with additional needs?
Yes. We welcome children with SEND, EAL, or additional learning needs. Support is planned carefully to ensure provision is appropriate and inclusive.
Are staff qualified and trained?
