I read the post about celebrating Black excellence and resilience, and it really shone a light on how students and families shared stories of achievement, pride, and community growth that pushed back against old barriers. It made me think of a semester I was juggling so much that I even took an online finance class from the US Online Class Taker late at night between community events and schoolwork just to keep up. That mix of learning and support reminded me how important it is to lift each other up while chasing goals.
